SYNCHROFLEX^® ATP 15 et AT 20 parachèvent la gamme GEN III

Les utilisateurs des courroies dentées à haute performance voient volontiers de plus en plus souvent « rouge ». Les courroies dentées en polyuréthane SYNCHROFLEX^® des séries AT et ATP de la génération GEN III de Mulco sont de plus en plus utilisées là où haute précision dimensionnelle, grande capacité de charge et capacité de transmission de puissance très élevée sont cruciales.

In the length range from 1000 to 1960 mm (AT 20) and 100 to 1500 mm (ATP 15), the SYNCHROFLEX GEN III range has now been extended by the AT 20 GEN III (trapezoidal teeth) and ATP 15 GEN III (teeth with a double support of the tooth head) dimensions. Both types can be used with standard AT/ATP synchronising pulleys.

As opposed to the standard, SYNCHROFLEX GEN III timing belts from Mulco offer an increased power transmission of up to 25 % and a longer operating life. This is accomplished, amongst others, by the special GEN III high performance polyurethane mixture, closer wound cords (Fadm up to a maximum of +45%) as well as a bifilar tension member design for an optimised straight belt run.
