A powerful pitch ahead: ATS 15

New pitch for BRECO^® and BRECOFLEX^® polyurethane timing belts

Mulco has closed the gap between pitch 10 and 20 with the timing belt pitch ATS 15 for BRECO and BRECOFLEX polyurethane timing belts. The ATS 15, particularly suitable for applications in power transmission and linear technology, is distinguished by its high stiffness. The new pitch provides the designer with compact and, as a result, cost reducing design solutions. The FEM optimised load distribution makes this polyurethane timing belt a highly reliable power transmission element with a long operating life.

The ATS15 is already successfully proven in blow moulding plants in the plastics processing industry as well as in high bay racking systems as conveying belts for goods transport.

High-performance timing belts ATS 15 are available as BRECO open length belts and as high-precision BRECOFLEX StandardPlus timing belts in various materials and with steel or VA cord tension members for the most varied fields of application. In the BRECOFLEX StandardPlus product version, the ATS 15 is available with any number of teeth from 1500 mm, single or double sided, and with special coating to meet transmission requirements.
