Timing belt lock for BRECO^® polyurethane timing belts T10 and AT10

The main fields of application of the new timing belt lock from Mulco include complex polyurethane timing belt drives requiring higher installation work.

The timing belt lock allows closing a BRECO polyurethane timing belt directly in the machine at a later time to reduce installation and maintenance time and cost. The timing belt lock of the Deep Connection (DC) type is suitable for BRECO T10 and BRECO AT10 with a belt width of 32, 50, 75 or 100 mm. It consists of high-strength, carbon-fibre reinforced polyamide and has an easy opening and closing feature.

To connect, a special technique is used to sink elements of 8 mm width each deeply and securely into the timing belt backing. These elements are then screw-connected to the connection elements on the tooth facing. The connection elements are adapted to the T10 or AT10 profile.
