Transportable welding unit TSG 3 for fast timing belt changes

The transportable welding device TSG 3 for polyurethane timing belts permits changing belt locally, directly in or at the machine, where difficult to access drive units are encountered.

The TSG consists of a control and a welding unit with changeable welding plates for different timing belt profiles, such as, for instance, BRECO-T or for curved teeth belts BAT. The light-weight, mobile and easy to handle device is a time and cost efficient alternative to the stationary water-cooled welding technique.

Depending on the design, timing belt widths from 10 to 50 mm or 50 to 100 mm can be welded.
